Paddle Palooza
CLASSES SUNDAY EVENINGS • 75 MINUTES
An adventure paddling out on the high seas! Bring your paddle-able watercraft for a fun & surprising way to engage your core and work your arms! You'll be having fun with the Sound Crew as we paddle our way out to the Ocean and down the coast! No experience necessary! Don't have paddle-able watercraft? No problem, we have some available for rent. Contact the Sound Crew and we'll hook you up!

EVERY SATURDAY @ 8AM + 9AM + 10 AM • 45 MINUTES
A Fun form of High Intensity Interval Training with a gorgeous view of the beach. This is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
