Waivers must be filled out for all Be Sound events and/Or Services.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations are required for all Be Sound events and/or services.

*Reservations may be made within 30 minutes of arrival to any outdoor event/Service.

CHECK-IN:

Clients with a reservation should arrive 15 minutes prior to start time of the event/service.

Clients without a reservation should arrive 30 minutes prior to start time of the event/service.

Upon arrival please check in with the sound crew prior to entering in the event space. Clients will be required to fill out all waivers and Forms if not previously done during On-line reservations.

Any client without signed waivers and forms may not participate in Be Sound services.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • CLIENT CANCELLATION:

We understand life may occasionally get in the way of your appointment.

Clients with an individual session can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.

Clients with a monthly contract must provide 30 day notice to cancel prior to the next billing month. Failure to provide notice will result in contract renewal and funds will be withdrawn from the account on file for the month.

  • BE SOUND CANCELLATIONS:

Should any service or event provided by be sound require cancellation due to inclement weather and/or extreme circumstances, clients will be notified by their preferred method as soon as possible. Clients will have the option to Reschedule or receive a full refund for the canceled service.

FACILITIES:

Be Sound events and services occur in a variety of environments, ranging from outdoor natural terrain to office space. Clients will be notified in advance as to what type of location their service is to be held. Clients are responsible for making appropriate decisions for their personal comfort as to the location, environment, and attire required for each event or service. Be Sound will not be held liable for accidents and/or injuries that may occur due to the service environment.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

BE Sound is an inclusive community that welcomes and supports Clients with medical conditions.

BE Sound aims to provide all clients with any medical condition the same opportunities as any other.

Be Sound makes sure all members of our sound crew understand their duty of care to clients in the event of an emergency. every member of our sound crew is CPR/AED and first aid certified. Many members of our sound crew have specialized medical and service credentials. however, any emergency requiring assistance beyond the credentialed scope of care will be referred to qualified medical professionals.

BE Sound understands that certain medical conditions are debilitating and potentially life threatening, particularly if poorly managed or misunderstood. Each client must provide a completed medical condition form and/waiver prior to participation in any be sound event/service. All forms are strictly confidential.

Be Sound understands the importance of medication and care being taken as directed by healthcare professionals. should a client require medication during a be sound event/service it is the clients responsibility to provide their own medication. Clients must have the medication on hand, notify the sound crew of their medical condition, and provide the location of their medication for use in case of an emergency.
